1. Camp Atterbury has been experiencing a significant episode of Epizootic Hemorrhagic Disease (EHD) this season.  EHD is a viral disease that is present in the environment every year with more severe outbreaks occurring in some seasons when conditions for its transmission are most favorable.  EHD is not a human disease and does not pose a risk to humans. Due to impacts to the whitetail herd from EHD this season and based on input from our biologists and our hunting community the Indiana National Guard has decided to continue with our remaining scheduled hunts, however we will be reducing harvest limits to one deer per hunter for the firearm hunts.

2. Access for public archery winners will end on 12DEC25. All tree stands, trail cameras, etc must be removed from the installation by checkout time on Friday, 12DEC25.
